What are Bach Remedies?

Developed by Dr Edward Bach, these are 38 plant and flower based essences that provide a holistic approach to health, disease and healing based on the concept of the perfect unity in all things, and the utter uniqueness of every system contained within it.

How can Bach Remedies help?

They help to heal the mental and spiritual anguish at the root of ill health and unhappiness by balancing emotions. There are times when the personality is not acting in accord with the Soul but persists in the illusion of being separate from it. Our vital energies become blocked or are channelled the wrong way and dis-ease arises. Bach Remedies help remove the blocks to encourage emotional well-being in our everyday lives.

As everyone is different, the Remedies required will be different for each individual. They may also vary depending on what life issues are facing them at any particular time and how deep seated the problems are.

Who was Dr Bach?

Dr Edward Bach studied medicine at the University College Hospital, London and, after several years, gave up his lucrative medical career and Harley Street practice to travel the countryside in order to complete his discovery into the healing benefits of herbs and plants. One by one he found the remedies he wanted, each aimed at a particular mental state or emotion.

Session costs

£40 (1 hour) which includes the cost of any Remedies prescribed.

Repeat remedy mix – £6 (by post £10)

Bach Remedies prescribed in addition to Reiki, Counselling, or EFT sessions – £6

Consultations via phone or zoom also available.

If you do not have a lot of money, please do not let that deter you from contacting me. I am open to donations appropriate to an individual’s financial situation and am happy to discuss this. So if you are in need of a treatment please get in touch.

Where can I have a Bach Remedies session?

Bach Remedy sessions are available at our Coach House therapy room adjacent to Berry’s Farm Shop & Cafe, Swinithwaite, Wensleydale. DL8 4UH

Bach Remedies – Mobile service

If you are unable to visit The Healing Collective premises, I can visit you in your own home. (There will be a small additional charge to cover time and petrol for travel.)

Bach Remedies – Suitable for animals and pets

Elizabeth is also qualified to prescribe Bach Remedies for a wide range of animals and pets.
