Bringing you to your senses

Mindfulness is a technique which brings you into the present moment and gives the mind a chance to have a break from worrying thoughts and anxiety. This technique is offered as a mindfulness walk which focuses on the five senses of sight, sound, touch, taste and smell. The walk goes from Berry’s Cafe to the river at Redmire Force and is offered to individuals or a group of up to 10 people. Walks last approx 90 minutes but can be longer if required to suit your needs. If the weather is poor, an indoors version is available.
